Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds without any condition.

If you are unhappy with any of our products, navigate to the Contact page and write us a message mentioning you want a refund. You should use the same email address you have used to purchase. Adding the order number is also helpful. A support staff will reply within business hours and process the refund within 2 working days.

All refund requests has to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and support is available during our office hours 10am – 6pm (GMT+6). If you send us an email on Friday after our office hours, don’t worry. It will be processed on Monday morning.
