Product Delivery

• All free downloadable resources are available immediately after login. Paid products become accessible for download once payment is received and confirmed.
• We process payments through PayPal, Stripe, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and other major credit cards. By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider’s terms and conditions.
• Purchase details will be sent to the email address provided during registration. You must create an account to download any products (free or paid).
• In rare cases, payments may require manual verification due to potential fraud alerts. This could lead to delays of up to 24 hours.

Product Compatibility & Updates

• Our themes and plugins are designed to work with the latest WordPress versions and support modern web browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
• We do not offer support for Internet Explorer.
• Updates are available to paid users for a period specified in the product description. You can continue using the product even if your support license expires.

Modifications

• You are permitted to modify our products to meet your needs. However, consult our documentation and reach out via email before making any changes to ensure there isn't a simpler solution.
• We recommend using a template override method or separate plugins for PHP, JS, or CSS changes.
• Direct modifications to the product’s code may void your support license. Customized installations will not be supported by the School Colony eLearning team.

Unauthorized/Illegal Use

• We reserve the right to block your account if there is any indication of misuse or breach of our license terms.
• If you create an account on the School Colony eLearning platform, you are responsible for securing your account and all activities associated with it. Report any unauthorized use or security breaches immediately.

Product Licensing and Usage

• All our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) V2 or later.

Age Requirements

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our products are not intended for children under 13.

Support Policy

Our support policy outlines what assistance you can expect and how we provide it. Once you download a School Colony eLearning product, you are eligible for support as follows:

4. Supported WordPress Versions: WordPress 5.4 or later.
5. What Our Support Covers:
   • Compatibility issues with fresh product installations.
   • Assistance with product functionality beyond what is covered in the documentation.
   • Issues with product installation and functionality.
6. What Our Support Does Not Cover:
   • Damage caused by hacks or outdated software.
   • Third-party compatibility issues.
   • Customizations involving PHP, JavaScript, or CSS modifications.
   • Support for Internet Explorer.

Anti-Fraud Measures

All purchases are subject to anti-fraud checks, which may delay order processing. In case of fraud alerts, accounts may be temporarily suspended for up to 24 hours or longer for additional review.

Price Changes

School Colony eLearning reserves the right to change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy. Refunds cannot be claimed for missing features not listed in the product description. Free versions are available for testing before purchasing. We recommend consulting with our support team if you require specific features.

Warranty

School Colony eLearning products are provided “as is” without any warranty. We guarantee proper functionality with the latest stable WordPress version for which the theme or plugin is designed. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins. Ensure your browser is compatible with our products, as we do not support all browser combinations.

Lifetime License

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user. School Colony eLearning reserves the right to discontinue Lifetime products with a 30 to 90-day notice.
